    • Create an account
      Use a valid phone number, you might use an international number as long as the number is active to receive sms.
    • Enter your destination.
      Choose where to go, then choose the transportation type. set your pickup location and tap Confirm. you will bematched the next available nearby driver.
    • Meet your driver
      You can track their arrival on the map. When they’re a few minutes away, wait for them at your pickup location. EJA cares for your safety, so be certain that you’re getting into the right car. Before hopping in, check the driver, car model, and license plate number against the provided driver informations shown for your trip in the app. The driver might also confirm your name before he start the trip.
    • Submit your payment
      When you reach the destination, payment is easy. Depending on your region, you have options. Use cash or a payment method like a credit card.
    • Rate your trip
      Let EJA and your community know how your trip went.
  2. How can I add my credit card to the APP for payments? 
    In the in EJA wallet section press on Add Card which will lead you to a form where you enter your details and Press Save.
  3. How are the prices calculated in EJA?
    The rider is given an estimated cost based on the distance travelled and the anticipated arrival time. The fee also take into account any traffic or other adverse road conditions that can change the route or length of the trip.
  4. How do I make a travel request?
    Open the mobile app when you're ready to head out and select your destination. Next, decide which transport method best meets your needs. By tapping Confirm Pickup, you can finalize your pickup.
  5. Can I ride with EJA if I don't own a smartphone?
    Currently ride requests only acceptable using the EJA smartphone application.
  6. Where can I make a claim, or get more support?

  1. How can I register as an EJA driver?
    You can register on EJA driver smartphone application by completing the driver inboarding form. then our inboarding department will screen your information, then you account will be confirmed within 3 business days from time of receiving all required documents, you might be requested to pay visit to our location for car condition checkup process. and that all it takes to be our driver.
  2. What are the documents do I need to be a get approved as a driver?
    • Identification document
      FRONT of your Identity Document. The following documents are accepted: (1) Driver's License (2) Passport (3) National ID.
    • A profile photo
      Your profile photo helps people recognize you. Please note that once you submit your profile photo it cannot be changed.
    • Bank statement
      Please upload a photo or a screenshot of your bank statement from the bank account that will be used to receive payments from EJA. If you fail to do so, your payments may be affected. In this document, we need to see: - Your name (or the name of your business) - Your address - Issue date (or Transaction date if it’s a printed version) - Sort code - Account number Pictures of bank cards, letters from the bank or any other documents that do not show all the information above will not be accepted.
    • Submit your criminal record certificate
      - Log in to the e-Albania portal;
      - Select the service "Application for verification of judicial status (Penalty Evidence)";
      - Click the "Use" button;
      - Choose whether to make a new application or track the status of an existing application;
      - To track the status of an existing application, enter the application number and then click the "Search" button;
      - To make a new application, fill in the personal data and upload the documents that are necessary for identity verification. By means of the e-mail filled in in the relevant column, you will be sent the confirmation of the application, as well as the special application code (which allows you to follow the progress of the application at any time);
